There are a few reasons we get so much work inside gated and other Home Owner Association properties. The biggest one is that we install so many different types of fencing on a daily basis. Why would that matter you ask? Well, many HOAs have certain requirements for fencing in their communities. Height limits, spacing between slats, allowed materials, colors, setbacks, etc... So our experience won't put us in a "Never did that before" situation. Then on top of that, we have decades of experience in working with Property Management Companies and HOAs here on the Space Coast. so probably are already familiar with the restrictions/requirements in your community.
